Gaming Blog #1 Pokemon Violet - Shiny Hunting

I've been mostly sick this week so I've taken a break from artfight. In the meantime, I did a lot of shiny hunting in Violet!

I started off hunting pichu but theyre so freakin tiny and the in-game lighting makes it hard to spot the slightly more saturated yellow of a shiny pichu. (In case youre wondering, there is a shiny pichu in the screenshot above.)

Found a lot of somber looking pikachu sitting around. Yeah, I get it buddy, it's not easy being the face of a multi-million dollar franchise. He's got a lot to think about.

I also found this shiny pikachu to which has been affectionately named "Star Gazer"

Also shiny hunted an honorary member of the pika family.

Took me a while to get around to but finally ended up finishing the DLC storyline. The story conclusion was... not what I was expecting but I like it when Pokemon tries to be weird.

Anyway, I'm still working on getting a party full of shiny raichus (for both variations)
