2020

I graduated college in May 2020, and had to find a job during covid. I was pretty busy during this year, and didn't have time to make OC art like I used to. I occassionally made fandom art whenever I had free-time.

OCs

Headshots of Bryce and Lyka. Both of them are smiling.
Bryce and Lyka

I was still working on worldbuilding at this point and really decided to take a look at how my characters interacted. Yes, I really wanted my lesbian OCs to work out, but I felt like I didn't work on the essentials. Storybeats, worldbuidling, plot, all of the key points that should go into a good story is missing.

For a bit, I didn't know what do to with my characters. I want to build something substantial.

Fandom

Fanart of Angol Mois. She's in her Judgement Day Form and is perched on a destroyed asteroid.
Keroro Gunsou - Angol Mois

I grew up reading Keroro Gunsou and Angol Mois was one of my favorite characters. I love her aesthetic, and who doesn't like a world-ending alien magical girl?

Zubat, Golbat and Crobat with the full-moon behind them. The text above the moon is: Fang-Tastic.
Zubat Family

Made with affinity designer v1 with full vectors. I wanted to make something to send to my sisters for Halloween (even if we've never celebrated it.)

Headshot art of Overlord Ivar from Disgaea 6.
Overlord Ivar

I really like his design. Really wish I had more time to make fanart for Disgaea 6, because despite it's game design flaws the characters are really good!

Mid-shot art of a human version of Marina from Animal Crossing.
Marina

I had Marina in my 3Ds copy of Animal Crossing New Leaf. I don't have any of the amibo cards so Marina was just a lucky role in my campsite. I love her.

Fanart of Hatepon from Patapon. Hatepon is waving his flag.
Hatapon

Patapon changed me. I love the vibrant background art of the game, the patapon designs and the gameplay.

I try to replay it every once in a while!

Fanart of the train scene from Spirited Away.
Spirted Away

Fun fact! My sister has a really cool tattoo of No Face. The movie was something we'd watch over and over again.

My favorite scene is the train scene, of course. I love the frantic chaos of the scenes before it, only to take a calm drive to the witch's hut. I think about the water and the small islands they passed in the background.
