Media Log

I planned this page to be a book log, but there's so much media out there that having just a list of the latest books I read would be a waste. I didn't want to go overboard with these logs, so I'm only putting 5 of the latest/most notable pieces of media that's made an impact on me.

As a note: I consume a lot of media. Partially for my job, but also I just really like reading new stories or learning about new experiences. If you find yourself on the negative side of media consumption, I implore you to look within art and stories that you really love and find things that are similar. Take a break from dark patterned video games or other pieces of media/ fandoms that has prevalent bad actors.

I don't think it's healthy to play a video game that I personally don't enjoy anymore just to obtain a seasonal item. If I'm not enjoying a piece of media, I do not look for youtube videos to validate my hate. There's just so much other creations out in the world! So much love poured into unique stories and art. It would be a sheer waste of my precious time and energy to delve into things I don't like or no longer find enjoyable.
